Delivery Process includes Preparation and Dispatch where each pet is carefully prepared for transport, ensuring they are comfortable and safe. We use appropriate carriers and adhere to all recommended practices for the well-being of the animal during transit.

Pets are dispatched and delivered to a nearby Professional Couriers office within 24 hours from the time of dispatch. This ensures that your pet arrives quickly and reduces stress on the animal.
You will receive a notification via email or SMS when the pet has arrived at the courier office. This message will include details on how to collect your pet.

Once notified, you can visit the designated Professional Couriers office to collect your pet at your convenience. We recommend collecting your pet as soon as possible to minimize any potential stress.
