CANCELLATION POLICY
a).Cancellations by Critters (Paws and Hearts Unite)
Critters (Paws and Hearts Unite)has a right to cancel or refuse the order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.
b).Cancellations by You
We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed. When purchasing a pet from Critters, you are making commitment to care for a living being. Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it enters a critical phase that ensures the health and safety of the animal in question.
Given this, we the website and the platform owners do not offer any cancellations after the order has been confirmed. Considering the Animal Welfare and vendor commitments we do not allowing cancellation as the transportation and care of live animas require intricate condition. Cancelling an order midway can cause undue stress or harm to the animal, disrupting the well being of living creature. Also, our verified vendors immediately begin preparing for the safe and healthy delivery of the pet once the order is confirmed, often incurring costs that cannot be refunded or recouped.
Critters (Paws and Hearts Unite) has the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. You agree not to dispute the decision made by Critters (Paws and Hearts Unite)and accept Critters (Paws and Hearts Unite)decision regarding the cancellation.
REFUND POLICY AND CONDITIONS
Due to the nature of selling live animals, refunds are not typically offered. However, Critters (Paws and Hearts Unite) provide a three day health guarantee under specific conditions to ensure customer satisfaction and the well-being of the pet.
CONDITIONS : If the pet is diagnosed with a genetic condition within 3 days of the delivery, the customer must submit an official autopsy report from a government certified veterinarian. Upon verification of the report, we will process a partial refund to the customer, accounting for administrative, veterinary, and transportation cost.
LIMITED REFUND CONDITIONS : Returning a live animal can result in health risks, emotional stress, and potential harm. It’s essential that each pet moves directly to its new home with as little disruption as possible. Once a pet leaves its original environment, it may be exposed to new surroundings, which makes it impossible to guarantee the same heath conditions if returned.
HEALTH GUARANTEE : We take the health and welfare of each pet very seriously. Before the dispatch, all pets undergo a thorough health check by certified veterinarian to ensure they are fit for travel. Additionally, pets are transported in IATA- approved baskets to ensure safety and comfort.
